Booking Policy

  • Clients must book at least 12 hours in advance.

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Next-day bookings are accepted through the booking site.

  • For same-day appointments, clients may inquire via direct message for availability.

  • Appointments should be booked through the website whenever possible.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.

  • Canceling after the 12-hour window or failing to show will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Clients are allowed one complimentary reschedule, provided it is requested before the 12-hour window.

  • No-show clients will be charged the full no-show fee using the card on file.

Late Policy

  • A 14 minute grace period is provided.

  • At 15 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

  • Rebooking will require a new deposit.

Refunds & Service Adjustments

  • All services are non-refundable, as clients sign liability waivers before booking.

  • Deposit refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of KAI Studio.

  • If a client is dissatisfied with their results, KAI Studio offers complimentary touch-ups within one week of the original appointment, if deemed appropriate by the service provider.

Guests & Children

  • Due to studio size and safety regulations, no children or additional guests are permitted.

  • Maximum occupancy is 2 people: the service provider and the client.

Payment Policy

  • KAI Studio accepts cash and card payments.

  • Please note: no change is provided for cash transactions.

  • Full payment is due at checkout.

  • A card on file is required, and may be charged for no-shows or late cancellations.

Health & Safety

  • Clients who are sick, experiencing symptoms, or have been recently exposed to contagious conditions are required to reschedule for the following week.

  • KAI Studio reserves the right to refuse service if a client appears ill at the time of the appointment.

Service Results & Retention

Brow Lamination

  • Results last up to 4 weeks with boldness. 8 week results, overall.

  • A touch-up appointment is recommended around week 5.

Korean Lash Lift

  • Results last 6–8 weeks, depending on the natural hair cycle.

Touch-Ups

  • Complimentary touch-ups are available within 1 week of the original service if the provider determines it is needed.

Client Responsibility

  • Final results depend on proper aftercare.

  • KAI Studio will provide written aftercare instructions and offers retail aftercare products for best results.
